  • SERINIEL does not guarantee that product descriptions or other website content will be completely error-free, accurate, or current.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the product page.
  • SERINIEL reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • We accept payments exclusively through Razorpay, our secure third-party payment gateway provider.
  • All payment transactions are processed through encrypted and secure systems.
  • SERINIEL does not store or have access to your complete card or payment details. Such information is handled directly by Razorpay.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • SERINIEL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing or listing errors
    • Payment failure or issues
    • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on location, courier partner performance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • SERINIEL is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Key conditions:

  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
  • Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed after product quality inspection.

8. Jewellery Care Disclaimer

  • Demi-fine jewellery requires proper care to maintain its finish and longevity.
  • Customers should avoid contact with perfume, sweat, water, and harsh chemicals.
  • Natural tarnishing, fading, or wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9. Warranty & Repairs

  • SERINIEL may offer a limited warranty on select products where explicitly mentioned.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidental or physical damage
